Temporary energy cost surcharge with creditPass on all tariffs as of 01.11.2022

We want to avoid price increases in tariffs and individual services. This means that our individual services will continue to be available at the same conditions in terms of structure and amount. But: Due to the well-known massive increase in energy costs, especially in the electricity sector, by an average of 50%, we are forced to levy a separate energy cost surcharge of 8.5% on all charges. This is in line with the expected overall inflation rate in 2022 and is significantly less than the increase in electricity costs, which include a large portion of our very favorable market benefits. We are thus accommodating our customers in a highly competitive environment. The 8.5% is shown transparently directly on the invoice. If energy prices settle down, we will remove this item again; the time limit initially only goes until June 30, 2023. We ask for your understanding and hope that our customers will be able to cope with this very moderate adjustment themselves in their service provision in a simple and labor-saving way.
