Artificial intelligence (AI, or AI artificial intelligence) can also be used successfully in evaluating customers. The next generation of the creditPass platform has modules that achieve a degree of clarity in target group and retailer-oriented decisions that was previously unimaginable. Individual elements are already being tested by creditPass in the key account area. The reliability of the results naturally correlates with the quality of the selected decision-making bases. Fuzzy logic systems were already used decades ago in significant series in order to gain better knowledge for decisions within corridors with a series of “fuzzy” results beyond the 0-1 scheme. Now, from a scientific point of view, the independence of targeted trading in AI is the next step. In other words, the systems “build” decision chains and logics, which we previously put together manually, in real time. Even if this technology is currently still in its infancy, we look forward to the opportunities associated with it, in order to keep our customers at the forefront of currently available technological possibilities.
