From 01.04.2026 Karin Grumann will strengthen the creditPass team in CRM Customer Relationship Management. As a trained banker at a major German bank and banking specialist at the Bankakademie, Frankfurt School of Finance since 2007, she has worked for many years in B2B customer service as well as in rule-based onboarding and documentation processes, among other things. After other roles in the insurance industry and at an innovative medium-sized company, she has now decided to join creditPass, which we are all very pleased about.
