The new EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) will apply from May 25, 2018. This basically affects all companies and consumers.<\/p>\n

In the past few months, creditPass GmbH has taken measures to enable you as a customer and for us internally to process these requirements in accordance with the law and in an organizationally manageable manner, and to continue to offer you the best possible protection and security for your data. The currently amended regulations apply to conformity with the EU GDPR. Commercial conditions \/ prices \/ fees between us expressly do not change.<\/p>\n

We would like to inform you again about the processing of your personal data by us and about your rights, especially with regard to the EU GDPR. Which data we process in detail and how it is used depends largely on the services agreed with you. Further information on the body responsible for data processing, the scope and purpose of data processing by us, data storage and data transmission and your data protection rights can be found in our data protection information according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation<\/a> .<\/p>\n

Insofar as creditPass GmbH has already been working for you as an order data processor, the modified rules for order<\/a> processing will completely replace the order data processing that has already been concluded with you. The modified terms and conditions<\/a> also apply from May 2018.
